The 2" metal diaphragm pumps are available in aluminium, cast iron, stainless steel AISI 316 or Hastelloy. For hazardous areas ATEX versions are available which can discharge static electricity.

Depending on the liquid that need to be pumped, the pumps are available with diaphragms, balls, seats and o-ring seals in various materials including; PTFE, XL-thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neopreen or Hytrel.

The pumps are equipped with bolted pump chambers so the risk of leakage is minimal.

The foul air control system of these pumps has a wear-resistant ceramic sliding shoe and sliding plate which slide over each other completely without air leakage which guarantees reliable operation, even at low air pressure and with long term use.

The air compression motor does not require a oil lubrication and no freezing occurs in the foul air control system.
