The 1/2"  synthetic diaphragm pumps can be supplied in polypropylene or PVDF. For hazardous areas Atex versions are available which can discharge static electricity.

Depending on the liquid to be pumped, the pumps are available with diaphrams, balls, seats and o-ring seals in various materials including PTFE, XL-thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neopreen or Hytrel.

The pumps are equipped with bolted pump chambers so the risk of leakage is minimal.

The foul air control system of these pumps has an wear-resistant ceramic sliding shoe and a sliding plate which slide over each other completely without air leakage, which guarantees reliable operation, even at low air pressure and with long term use.

The pumps do not need oil lubrication and no freezing occurs in the foul air control system.

These synthetic 1/2" diaphragm pumps are all supplied with 3 connection options for both the suction connection and press connection . Caps are provided for the connections you do not use.

These pumps are also available with special drum kit for emptying barrels.
