Food processing pumps are supplied in stainless steel AISI 316 and are available in 1/2", 1", 1 1/2", 2" and 3" connections.
The structure of the surface of these pumps is smoother compared to the standard stainless steel pumps. All pumps are supplied with tri-clamp connections.
The 1/2" and the 1" pumps are supplied with bolted pump chambers; the 1 1/2", 2" and 3" pumps have clamps with butterfly nuts.
Depending on the liquid to be pumped, the pumps are supplied FDA Hytrel or Teflon diaphragms and balls.
The air compression motor has a nickel coating and does not require any oil lubrication.
Depending on the place in the production proces these pumps can often be used instead of expensive polished sanitary pumps.
