Sliding vane pumps

Sliding vane pumps are positive displacement pumps that are suitable for pumping liquids as thin as water to liquids with a viscosity to 10.000 cStokes.

Shear-sensitive liquids can also be pumped easily with a sliding vane pump because the structure of the liquid is barely affected. The pumps are dry self-priming and their capacity can be set easily by varying the speed. These pumps can be delivered in many different types of materials, both in metal and in synthetics, but this depends on the liquid to be pumped.
