Onderdelentekening:

Suitable for pumping low to highly viscous liquids up to 200,000 cSt. with or without solids such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, cocoa mass, tomato puree, glucose, honey, fat emulsions, yoghurt, cream, cheese curds, butter, sauces, meat products, creams, ointments, gels, lotions, shampoo, liquid soap, glycerol, toothpaste, etc.

 Features:

- Structure of the liquid is hardly affected by the low shear

- Standard with Twin Wing rotors for minimal pulsations and optionally with Single
Wing rotors for lower shear and larger passage.

- Little internal slip due to precise tolerances

- Very easy to clean and suitable for CIP cleaning (Clean In Place)

- Rotors have no mutual metal contact because the shafts are driven separately
from the gearbox.

- Gears in the gearbox are designed with helical teeth. This results in a low
noise level and is suitable for transmitting a high drive torque.

- Gearbox in stainless steel AISI 304 that can be mounted in 4 different
positions, allowing the pump to be installed both horizontally and vertically.

- Insulated shafts by o-ring seal

- Wide range of shaft seals available

- Available with various connections such as Tri-clamp, flange, DIN, IMDA, NPT, BSP
etc. and rectangular enlarged inlet for highly viscous products

- Fully compliant with EC 1935/2004

- Hygienic design in accordance with 3A standard

- Internally polished to a surface roughness of 0.8 µm. Optionally available up to 0.4 µm

- Interchangeable with other well-known pump manufacturers

- Available in explosion-proof version according to ATEX

- Temperature up to 150°C

- Capacity up to 102 m3/h

- Pressure up to 34 bar
