The GRG submersible pumps are equipped with an external cutting mechanism with 69,000 cuts per minute, making these pumps very suitable for pumping sewage. In addition to a good cutting effect, the external cutter blade has the advantage that a swirl is created at the bottom of the pump sump, so that the well remains cleaner.
The shaft seal consists of two silicon carbide mechanical seals in a controllable oil chamber. These mechanical seals are mounted in a back-to-back construction in which the rotating part of the lower seal is fully protected against dirt adhesion.
The GRG submersible pumps are equipped as standard with an externally connected temperature protection.
For applications in chemically aggressive liquids, it is easy to protect the power cable through the special cable entry.
