Rubix increases Benelux flow capabilities with Bedu Pompen

Rubix has acquired Bedu Pompen - a specialist supplier of (liquid) pumps to industries in the Benelux region – as part of the Group’s network development strategy.
Founded in 1981, Bedu Pompen is a leading distributor of industrial (liquid) pumps with a broad product portfolio and a particularly strong presence in the industry, chemical, food and wastewater sectors. With 35 employees the business generated sales of c. €10m in 2020.
The current owners, Marco Breunissen and Ron Bijen will continue to lead the business. Marco will be the business unit manager and will report to Bjorn Emonts, Director, Fluid Power and Flow for Rubix in the Benelux. Ron Bijen will be the operations manager.

This acquisition will further develop our capabilities in the flow category, building on our earlier acquisitions of EFC and Geeve.
