CSK pump series

The CSK pumps are robust standard-priming sanitary, centrifugal pumps, with open impellers and a high hydraulic efficiency.

The pumps are equipped with a clamp around the pump housing so that the inside of the pump can be quickly and easily cleaned. The pump housing can also be rotated so the press connection can be rotated into more positions. The connections are made compliant with DIN 11851, but optionally these pumps are also available with flange connections.

The pump housing is made of thick walled cast stainless steel AISI 316.

The pumps are supplied with a bearing unit in an uncoupled axle and can be delivered fully assembled with a 1450 or 2900 rpm electric motormounted on a stainless steel base plate with a flexible coupling and safety guard.

The pumps are ideal for pumping low viscous liquids to 300 mPa.s without solids, when the chemical resistance of the materials that come into contact with the liquid must be considered.

Depending on the application the mechanical seal can be completely matched with the specific properties of the liquid to be pumped. This may range from a single mechanical seal to a double mechanical seal with a flush seal which is available in many material combinations.
