The pumps from the CSM series are standard-priming multi-stage, sanitary, centrifugal pumps with open impellers.
Characteristic of these pumps is the relatively high pressure the pumps deliver related the capacity.
The CSM pumps are all supplied with connections compliant with DIN 11851 but optionally these pumps are also available with, among other things, flange connections.
The pump housing and the impellers are made of stainless steel AISI 316.
The pumps are supplied with standard IEC electric motors which optionallly can be provided with a stainless steel motor casing. Between the electric motor and the pump housing a bell housing is placed with an extra bearing.
The pumps are ideal for pumping liquids as thin as water without solids when the chemical resistance of the materials that come into contact with the liquid must be considered.
Depending on application the mechanical seal can be completely matched with the specific properties of the liquid to be pumped.
