The WLX gear pumps are ideal for pumping liquids as thin as water and are also often applied for dosing purposes. The pumps are all supplied with graphite bushing that is used in the radial bearings of the shafts and the axial bearings of the gears. The gears are available in various materials including stainless steel AISI 316 or Peek.
The monoblock gear pumps from the WLX series are supplied with a bell housing and flexible coupling and are assembled with standard IEC electric motors.
The seal is a single mechanical seal that, depending on the liquid to be pumped, is available in various material combinations. The WLX pumps are also available in a magnet-driven version which closes the pump hermetically and virtually excludes the risk of leakage.
Optionally the pumps are available with an integrated safety valve.
The pumps are available in stainless steel AISI 316 or bronze.
