The MS0 series of hose displacement pumps are often used in situations where high pressure is combined with a fixed or variable capacity.
 

These pumps come with various hose materials including natural rubber, food grade, nitrile, hypalon, silicone, or EPDM, depending on the liquids to be pumped. The connections also come in various materials including stainless steel AISI 316, PVC, polypropylene, PVDF, or titanium.
 

The pumps can come with various connections including hose sockets, BSP wire connections, DIN flange connections, wire connections that comply with DIN 11851, clamp connections, and so on.
 

The yet-to-be-determined pump revolutions depends entirely on the capacity required and the temperature of the liquid, the pressure desired, the vacuum required, and for how many hours the pump will operate.
 

The pumps come with a fixed capacity based on a gearbox that is available in a wide range of variable gearing ratios, or a variable capacity achieved by a mechanical variator or a frequency regulator.
 

The pumps come with bearing rollers and a dry pump house, whereby the hose needs periodic lubrication. The pumps come with leak detection as standard, sounding an alert if a hose is corrupted. You can then shut the pump off immediately or sound an alarm.
 

These pumps are also available in an ATEX design and special CIP design with retractable rolls. The CIP design has an additional advantage - the hose the pump is not currently using isn't burdened in any way, thereby extending its lifecycle. The CIP design is available for pumps with a maximum pressure of 4 bar.
