N pump series

The N gear dosing pumps are ideal for pumping liquids as thin as water and are often applied for dosing purposes. These pumps are frequently used in combination with a frequency control and a flow metre so that an accurate pulse-free amount can be measured.

The pumps can be equipped with a graphite or silicon carbide bushing that is used in the radial bearings of the shafts and the axial bearings of the gears.

The gears are available in various materials including stainless steel AISI 316 or Peek.

The N pumps made of solid material and are available with uncoupled axle but also with a bell housing and flexible coupling.

There are many different types of mechanical seals available both in single and in flushed double versions in various material combinations. The N pumps are also available in a magnet-driven version which closes the pump hermetically and virtually excludes the risk of leakage.

The pumps are supplied with rinsing channels behind the bearings and the mechanical seal so the pumps can be properly CIP cleaned.

Optionally the pumps are available with an integrated safety valve or with a heating jacket.

The pumps are available in stainless steel AISI 316, Hastelloy or titanium.
