Sydex is a producer of excentric screw pumps.
Excentric screw pumps, also called mono-pumps, are rotating positive displacement pumps with a predominantly pulsation-free liquid flow which are ideal for pumping watery to highly viscous liquids, with or without solids.
Sydex screw pumps are produced in a wide variety of versions and materials.
There are also versions available which have an inlet funnel and a transport screw for pumping highly viscous liquids,
Sydex pumps are produced in cast iron, stainless steel and Hastelloy.
