Arbo Pumps

ARBO pumps is a manufacturer of plastic corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps with shaft seals and plug-in pumps aimed at the chemical industry.
All Arbo pumps are made of solid plastic parts that have been machined (so no injection molded plastic).
There are no metal parts in the pump that come into contact with the liquid to be pumped.
The pumps are available in various plastics such as PP (Polypropylene), PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride), PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), RCH-1000 (HMPE High Molecular Polyethylene) and PP / PVDF / PE-EL conductive plastics for ATEX zone 2 applications.
Occupational health and safety pumps are distinguished by the high hydraulic efficiency which results in energy savings and therefore a lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

The Arbo plastic centrifugal pumps with shaft seal are available in a short-coupled version (Arbo KR series) and in a version with bearing block in free shaft end (Arbo TK series).
Thanks to the standardized connections according to ISO 2858, the pumps are interchangeable with similar chemical standard pumps, therefore also with metal chemical standard pumps.
Depending on the liquid to be pumped, the pumps are available with various shaft seals.
The pumps are available up to a maximum capacity of 750 m3 / h and a maximum head of 90 meters.

The Arbo plastic insertion pumps are characterized by the absence of a shaft seal and plain bearing, so that the pumps can even run dry and the maintenance costs are minimal.
These Arbo plug-in pumps are also distinguished by their high hydraulic efficiency.
These Arbo plug-in pumps are available in a short-coupled version with an extended motor shaft or with a robust bearing block between the motor and pump shaft so that a longer shaft length (and therefore insertion depth) of up to 500 mm can be achieved.
If the pump requires an even longer insertion length, it is possible to work with a suction pipe below the pump housing, but the start level must then be above the pump housing.
The Arbo plug-in pumps are available up to a maximum capacity of 300 m3 / h and a maximum head of 80 meters.
